Jacqueline (Jacquie) Lloyd, MA, MBA, (ATR), (CMC), (FRSA).Jacquie is an international speaker, trainer, facilitator, and has presented in North, Central, and South America, Europe, and Oceania.She has worked as a management consultant, business owner, director of operations, conflict practitioner, university instructor, coach, psychometrist, and clinician.A successful entrepreneur, she started her first business at age nineteen. Today she continues to grow the global brand StrategicPlay®.With an interesting educational background in the arts, psychology, and innovation, she now focuses her energy on helping others by revolutionizing how they think to solve messy problems and to improve their business functions.For years Jacquie worked as a licensed partner with the LEGO® Group in Denmark, where she was trained and then became a trainer for the company in the method LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™. In 2007, she received the partner business growth award from the LEGO Group, Play for Business Division.  In 2009, Jacquie was appointed to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ training board. In 2010, she joined associates from the EU and Australia and worked to found the leading edge community, the Strategic Playroom, a network of global facilitators dedicated to the development of and advancement of the use of play and other creative hands-on tools for thinking, problem solving, and innovation.Jacquie is certified in Creative Problem Solving from the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, NY. She is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), is certified in Play Therapy, and is qualified to administer psychometric instruments.In 2000, she earned an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management; and in 2006, she completed an MBA in Executive Management (Management Consulting).  She earned both from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. In 2005, she studied business strategy and global business at the Grenoble Ecole De Management, Grenoble, France. In November 2006, she received the Ted Wilson Memorial Award for Lifelong Learning from Royal Roads University.Jacquie also instructed at the University of Western Ontario for over ten years, where she developed and delivered curriculum for the postgraduate students. She has also taught in the business department at Lakehead University. Throughout her career she has trained and facilitated thousands of professionals in North America, with modules she specifically developed to meet their needs. She has been a certified Canadian management consultant since 2009 (CMC) and in 2012 she was nominated by her peers and became a Fellow with the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA).She lives and plays with her family in Whistler,  BC, Canada.
