Laura R. Sanchez is a nurse practitioner, energy medicine practitioner, spiritual coach, and meditation teacher. After experiencing burnout from nursing, Laura understands firsthand the challenges of being called to serve others while lacking the resources for sustainable self-care. Today, she is dedicated to supporting others in holistic healing that addresses the root causes of physical, mental, & emotional imbalances.Laura’s mission is to help heart-centered individuals achieve greater sovereignty and empowerment, inner peace, and personal fulfillment. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, and, most recently, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®. Laura integrates her extensive education and experiences in Western medicine, energy medicine, and modern-day shamanism into her writings, workshops, one-on-one client sessions, and space clearings.
