The chocolate is handcrafted from the bean to the bar using slow and mindful processes to retain the natural taste and health benefits of the cacao. Conspiracy’s chocolate combines traditional Mayan methods with modern science, using high quality cacao and heavily researched processes to bring out a terroir’s natural experience without distractions, additives or manufacturing compromises.Bean-to-bar or "craft" chocolate is a category of chocolate making which focuses on flavour development starting at the cacao tree.
