Sound Bath with Acupuncture

Join Arlyn and Cassie for a powerful healing workshop. Needles will be placed in the ears to reset your nervous system, and promote healing. Specific points were selected for this evening to resolve trauma; and release stored emotions. The sounds and vibrations will allow you to go deeper into a meditative state by relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system, and deepening the flow of chi initiated by the acupuncture. The goal for this session is to release, detox, and surrender. The pins and vibrations will do all the work, you just have to show up.

If you want to try acupuncture for the first time and you’re nervous, this is a great way to start. You can come with a friend, or just find comfort in the presence of others. You won’t have needles in your body, just your ears, so you can feel free to move around a little if you need.

Be sure to bring something to lay on like a yoga mat or blanket, and whatever else you want to keep you comfortable and cozy. Blankets, pillows, eye masks, and essential oils are a few items to consider.
