I am a Performance & Empowerment coach working in London. For the past 13 years I’ve been a strength and conditioning coach and holistic lifestyle coach. In the last 7 years i've delved into the world of healing, growth and empowerment.I have a deep passion for strengthening and healing the Mind-Body-Soul, music and understanding the human psyche through Jungian archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover).I run Breathwork sessions focusing on healing & empowering the Warrior, King, Lover and Magician within all of us.
