Wild Indigo Sound Healing - Offering sacred vibrations and frequencies whilst holding a safe and healing space to help you restore balance in the mind, body and soul.Hello, I’m Jo. A little about me. I have always sung and loved music. Working in the corporate world shifted and changed significantly during Covid and I knew I needed to explore a new path.Sound healing had such a significant impact on me, it has been transformational, and so my renewed journey began. I found a true passion to help others through exploring sounds, instruments and the voice. Applying the theory behind the healing frequencies, vibrations and stillness, I have seen first hand the powerful impact they can have on people.Sound healing can provide a platform to offer individuals a unique experience, a space and time for them to truly relax and de-stress.I am a member of the FHT, fully insured with a basic DBS check.I offer a number of services: Public sound baths ~ Private group sound baths ~ Hen dos ~ Stag Dos ~ Private events or celebrations `~ Corporate events ~ Working in Care Homes with those suffering from dementia / Alzheimers ~ Retreat days ~ Collaboration with Yoga or Pilates InstructorsI can tailor to the needs of any particular group. Sessions can be passive but also more interactive, to engage and involve participation, and this will depend on the group. I can work with you to tailor the best approach. Sound healing is an ancient practice beneficial for all ages and backgrounds.Every session is different with an aim to hold a safe space, so the group experience various benefits including relaxation, connection and harmony.
