Welcome to Sacral Heart Space, a loving approach to self-development that is dedicated to guiding individuals towards their most connected selves. With a background in community theatre and play therapy, a 15-year career in marketing and events, and recent certifications in transformational coaching, I bring a unique, holistic approach to personal growth and healing. My work is centered around holding loving, safe spaces where women can explore their inner worlds, find empowerment, and embrace transformation. As a trained women's circle facilitator, I weave together deep listening, creative expression, and healing conversations to support women in reconnecting with themselves and each other.
