Sprout and Bloom Therapies is a mother-daughter team of Occupational Therapist and Dietitian.Michele ArundaleOccupational Therapist & Feeding TherapistI’m Michele, a registered Occupational Therapist with a special interest in feeding therapy. I’ve worked in paediatrics since 1988. In 1994, I migrated to Australia from South Africa, where I had experience in paediatrics, burns, and hand therapy. My greatest joy is helping young people discover their strengths and develop confidence in their own abilities.Now based in Newcastle to be closer to family, I’m continuing my work with children while also mentoring younger therapists. I remain passionate and committed to this field, and have every intention to continue working well into my 70s.Caitlin ArundaleDietitian, Occupational Therapist & Feeding TherapistI’m Caitlin, a qualified Dietitian and Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in feeding therapy and daily living skills. I’m married with a daughter and enjoy spending my free time with my family and three dogs. I love working with children to help them build confidence—whether it’s trying new foods or developing life skills.Since graduating as a Dietitian in 2015, I’ve worked across private practice and GP clinics in Sydney. My passion for feeding and paediatrics led me to pursue further studies and a Master's in Occupational Therapy, which I completed while balancing work, family, and growing our Newcastle-based practice.
