Stuart Roberts is an investment professional who did Australian equity research from the late 1990s until early 2015 and again from mid-2016. For a lot of the time he has worked as an analyst I focused on healthcare and biotechnology, and the Life Sciences has become a passion of his. Roberts's forte is making complex, technology-based investment ideas easy to understand. In January 2015 he joined his first biotechnology company, a cancer immunotherapy play called Prima Biomed (Nasdaq: PBMD) and had a great time with them until November 2015. From January until May 2016 he took care of investor relations for another cancer immunotherapy company, Imugene (ASX: IMU). In June 2016 he returned to the equities analyst game with the founding of NDF Research. Two years later in June 2018 I teamed up with Marc Kennis to found Pitt Street Research with the aim of providing issuer-sponsored equity research to the entire spectrum of ASX-listed companies. In 2020 Pitt Street Research started Stocks Down Under (stocksdownunder.com).
