Annalisa has a background in fitness and holistic modalities, and has built and led businesses – overseeing teams, systems, and vision with a deep understanding of how structure, flow, and frequency interact in both life and business.Her personal path has been rooted in exploring the energetic dimension of physical reality – sensing what’s underneath the surface and learning how to bring it forward through movement, sound, presence, and introspection. Her gift lies in helping people become aware of their inner state, shift stored energy, and access honest self-reflection through embodied experience.
