Founder of elf meditation - I offer a warm welcome and an open heart to all and invite you to join me on these incredible events throughout the year that can range from shamanic practices, sacred space ceremonies including Summer and Winter Solstice events and other festival calender events. My events also include meditation, sharing circles, trance dance, cacao ceremonies, self course courses and also around addiction. I have been teaching meditation for more than 9 years and am a reiki master, shamanic practioner and recovery coach and guide.
