Hi, I’m Joanna, a trainee counsellor currently completing my practicum at IMU University. I’m passionate about creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. My approach is gentle, empathetic, and collaborative — I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when truly heard and understood. Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationships, self-doubt, or transitions, I’m here to listen and walk alongside you on your journey toward self-awareness and emotional wellbeing. I offer free counselling sessions and free group counseling sessions as part of my practicum at the moment. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
