This space was born from my own healing journey - one marked by the tender, ongoing work of living with complex PTSD. Movements, music and authentis expression have been lifelines for me. Pathways back to mybody, my truth and a sense of safety I thought I had lost. Back home.I'm here as someone who has walked throught the fire and found beauty in the ashes. Ecstatic dace and sound journeying have become my medicine and now I hold spaces for others to discover theirs.With a deep love and connection for movements, sound and soul expression, i create spaces where dobies can speak, hearts can open, and healing can unfold. Im' a guide of ecstatic dance and sound journeying, weaving together intuitive movement, music and energetic presence to invite poeple back into their fullest selves.My sessions are infused with warmth, playfulness and depth - grounding in a belief that when we move freelt and come together, we connect with our truth. Through rhythm, breath, connection and the wisdom of the body, I hold space for release, joy, and remembarance.Whether you're dance through grief, awakening your voice, or simply longing for presence and connection, you're welcome exactly as you are.
