Assisted stretching is a technique that involves having a practitioner guide another person through a stretch, or series of stretches, to increase mobility and flexibility of a muscle or group of muscles. I started with the simple idea of bringing the best of you to the forefront. I am a spiritualist, so everything I do is rooted in love and positive energy. I put lots of love and careful thought into all I do. I hope you enjoy all I have to offer, and share the experience with others.In 2021, I graduated from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore, with a degree in Kinesiology. I wanted my degree to speak to what I love doing. I realized that a holistic approach was the only way to make a difference. I want to bring this experience to everyone I can and improve everyone’s quality of life.
