About

I am a Registered Nurse and Virtual RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, who has decided to bring my talents live at this October event. I strongly believe in promoting self-care and loving on yourself. I promote Christian Base Classes, where prayer is a must before starting any yoga class/practice. Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight. My classes consist of controlled breathing, physical poses (with modifications) meditation and bringing awareness to the present moment. I also promote that a participant should be practicing within their comfort zone. My goal is to bring awareness on the various ways to take care of God's Temple; and one of those ways is learning how to manage daily obstacles in life without allowing those obstacles to destroy you and weaken your immune systems. Yoga , this adjunct therapy is one tool that can be used for just that.
