City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL) is an advanced research-focused education institute in New Brunswick, Canada, that serves the needs of the research community and businesses. C-IHL is part of the Institute of International Education Canada (IEC) Inc., founded in 2013. The Institute is a significant place for scholarly research and business consultancy covering contemporary global issues. C-IHL focuses primarily on advanced research and management learning. We aim to produce graduates who are equipped with exceptional skills to serve local and international development needs.�Most of our research, courses and consultancy activities can be taken in English and French.
