Hi! I'm Kristen—a Pilates, Yoga, and Mindfulness Coach. I also work in Men's Health as a relationship Intimacy & Relationship Coach who takes the unique approach of addressing the physical, emotional, and social barriers to better performance. I'm passionate about helping golfers gain greater distance through more flexibility and rotational power.As a sex educator, I also understand the crucial role core strength and mindfulness play in enhancing sexual performance, inspiring me to create a unique Pilates program specifically for men who want to elevate their performance physically, mentally, and sexually. This is the Prime Pilates method I have developed.
