My name is Titta and I'm a somatic coach, women's circle facilitator and an intuitive healing practitioner. I host workshops, inner journeys and women's circles in Amsterdam and its surroundings. My events are transformational experiences where you have the chance to journey inwards and connect with yourself and your body authentically—and of course, meet like-minded people.Throughout the past 5 years, it's become my passion to help others on the path of holistic healing and self-development. In my own soul searching journey I've explored many different modalities, which has helped me understand that the mundane aspects of life are just as important as our spiritual nature—body-based wisdom is everything, but so is understanding and learning to live in sync with our energy.Working with women is especially close to my heart lately—I loooove creating spaces where women can come together to connect with their womb wisdom, learn more about their cyclical nature and, most importantly, give themselves the permission to finally slow down and soften a bit without guilt!I often work with healing plants like Cacao, Blue Lotus and Rose in my circles—if you are new to them, I'd love to introduce you.So, if you are looking for some guidance or a soulful afternoon together with other women, check out my current offerings above.I also offer 1:1 sessions in somatic coaching and intuitive healing and organise circles for private groups on request.
