Iesha is the founder of Love Is The Rhythm, an organization dedicated to using music as a catalyst for hope, healing, and community empowerment. Through her 60-minute mindful music meditation sessions, she combines meditation, breathwork, gratitude practices, and daily affirmations to create a safe and supportive space. These sessions help participants cultivate self-awareness, reduce stress, and unlock their potential for meaningful growth.Committed to serving those in need, Iesha partners with organizations supporting human trafficking victims, new and single mothers, maternal mental health programs, Black girl therapy groups, underserved youth, violence prevention initiatives, and community health and wellness events. Her mission is to empower anyone ready to embark on a healing journey through the transformative power of music and mindfulness.
