Asian-American Music Artists Alliance (AMAA), established in 2023, is a non-profit organization that aspires to bring together Asian-American music artists to offer a breadth of music genres and build cross-cultural understanding through teaching music on Chinese instruments to youths from diverse backgrounds. AMAA offers music education through its North America Chinese Youth Orchestra (NACYO) serving students from 1st through 12th grades. Our music education will enable students to play music from diverse cultures on Chinese traditional music instruments and will extend their cross-cultural understanding through playing world music.
