我們或多或少在生命的不同時間點都有機會成為照顧者。作為照顧者，除了身體上的照顧，心理上的照顧亦同樣重要。照顧者長期處於高壓狀態而不自覺， 甚至將壓力視為日常， 長遠忽視自己的身心健康需要， 對照顧者自己以及被照顧的人也會有負面影響。
