Nigeria Energy Forum is power by New Energy Frontiers LTD/GTE, a not-for-profit technical partnership for capacity building, strategic developement and high-level policy engagements. Since 2016, the NEF has attracted:o Over 2500 participants from the government, academia, policy makers, industry, financial institutions, and international development partners including the DFID, USAID/Power Africa, UNIDO, GEF-SGP UNDP and OFID;o 21 top-class workshop providers from Canada, Belgium, USA, UK and Nigeria, training over 1500 local energy professionals on energy investments, power systems simulation, community energy development, energy research opportunities and solar grids design;o 30+ Energy Innovation Exhibitors and over 130 technical presentations across 30 panel sessions; and 60 early-stage energy ideas pitched using 2-minute videos, shortlisted out of 550+ entries received from 21+ different countries, with over 20,000 USD prizes presented to the top 15 winners from 2017 till date;
