Randall Bay is the Principal of Easterseals Academy Machesney Park Campus.Randall Bay is the Principal of Easterseals Academy Machesney Park Campus. He is a passionate and innovative educator who has been serving as a school principal for more than twenty years.Bay began his career as a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools system. Since becoming a school leader, he has developed a leadership style marked by a focus on collaboration, communication, and a commitment to meeting the needs of every student. Most recently, Bay served as the Principal of Flinn Middle School in Rockford for 8 years, and as the Principal for Dakota Jr/Sr High School for 4 years. For the past 5 years, Bay has served as an adjunct professor at Rockford University in their special education teacher preparation program.
