Dr. Dokpe Lillian Ogunsanya is the Founder/CEO of Dupsy Enterprises, a Consulting and Publishing Corporation. She is an energetic Motivational Speaker, Certified Executive & Professional Coach, Life Coach, noted Author, Publisher, and Associate Faculty. She organizes and conducts professional development workshops at all levels. She graduated in 2020 with a doctorate degree and conducted her dissertation research on: Organizational Leadership: Perceptions and Implementation of Managerial Coaching as a Professional Development Tool in the Facilitation of Learning. She earned two master’s degrees: Master of Science in Management and Administrative Sciences (Organization Behavior and Coaching), and Master of Public Administration (MPA). She is a certified Executive and Professional coach and Leadership Texas graduate. She also earned two undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Mass Communications and graduated with honors-Beta Gamma Sigma and Magna Cum Laude. She has worked in both the private and public sectors. She has held various board positions and was awarded the 2016 Executive Women In Texas Government - Woman of the Year. She has authored several articles and authored three books including "Life Lessons “Your Destiny Is In Your Own Hands which is a motivational powerhouse! She has been featured in print media and television. She started ATX Evening Retreat & Networking Gala in 2009, in which the program combines the uplifting experience of a motivational retreat, the networking opportunities of a local conference and the elegance of a banquet. The event also serves as a platform that promotes, supports, and bring awareness to various non-profit organizations. Dr. Ogunsanya is full of positive energy and enthusiastic about empowering and moving people forward in the direction they want to go. She is enthusiastic about education and works tirelessly to empower others by motivating them to be educated and attain the highest professional degree they can afford.
