Wellbeing is often the forgotten ingredient in academic success. Yet, it underpins our motivation, performance, and our experience of the PhD journey. In this session, we will share strategies to regain and stay on top of our mental health and wellbeing as we are researching and writing our dissertation, among the many other factors tugging at us. We will discuss heightening our mental health awareness, techniques and approaches to reducing mental health concerns, along with tried and proven strategies and practical solutions to help you retail resilience and cope with the postgraduate experience.
