Ticket Refund Policy:
1. All tickets sold for the program(s), training(s), and event(s) are non-refundable, regardless of any circumstances leading to a no-show or inability to attend the event.

2. Attendees are encouraged to notify the organiser in advance if they are unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued.

Event Amendments & Cancellations:
1. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the date, venue, or schedule of the training program.

2. In the event that the minimum required head count is not met, the organiser may choose to cancel the training. If cancellation occurs, attendees will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Training Content Copyright:
1. All sharing content, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and resources provided during the program, is the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of Syuen Zens Resources.

2. Attendees are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any training content for commercial or personal purposes without the explicit written consent of the organiser.

3. No recording is allowed throughout the program.

Photography and Marketing:
1. During the training program, photos or videos may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes.

2. By attending the training, you grant Syuen Zens Resources permission to use your likeness captured in any photographs, videos, or audio recordings for marketing, advertising, and promotional materials related to future events and activities.

Personal Conduct:
1. All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the training program.

2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the attendee being asked to leave the event, with no refund provided.

Liability:
1. While all reasonable measures will be taken to ensure the safety and security of attendees, Syuen Zens Resources shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the training program.

2. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and should take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables.

3. The speaker(s) or trainer(s) is independent and shall not represent Syuen Zens Resources, act as its agent, or otherwise represent that their personal view is endorsed by Syuen Zens Resources. The assessments and views expressed during the program are entirely the speaker's/ trainers’ own. Syuen Zens Resources shall not be liable for whatever circumstances arise from any engagement between the speaker(s) or trainer(s) and the participant(s).

Your personal data and other information provided in this registration, including any additional information you may subsequently provide, may be used and processed by Syuen Zens Resources as a reference for future communication on our future training programs/ events. In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By signing up for any of the program(s), training(s), or event(s) you are granting us your consent to use your personal data. Syuen Zens Resources reserves the right to cancel the program, change the date(s), venue(s), speaker(s), or any other changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise without prior notice to participants. Syuen Zens Resources reserves the sole right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice. Syuen Zens Resources accepts no responsibility for death, illness, injury, loss, or damage of any property belonging to, or financial loss by any participants, whatever the cause. Syuen Zens Resources shall not be responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by participants due to any changes and/or cancellations of the program. Syuen Zens Resources takes no responsibility for the integrity of participants’ computers, devices, software copyright, internet signal bandwidth, or any other circumstances outside of Syuen Zens Resources’ control.

2. The training program's success is dependent on various factors, and Syuen Zens Resources does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from attending the program.
