Maman Avia World Initiative for Women and Youth Empowerment is a non-governmental organization (NGO) for the aviation space. We have created a platform that promotes Youth participation in the aviation industry via sponsored pieces of training while leveraging existing and new relationships for job placement. Maman Avia World Initiative was born out of the passion to seek excellence among youths in their job delivery and to create an avenue for synergy and mentorship between professionals of the old and the new generation thereby enhancing the industry’s pool of professionals.
