Meet Your Facilitators:

Serina Lim – Dance Instructor, Performer, and Director of Chrysalis Dance Space. With 20+ years of experience, Serina believes dance transcends borders and empowers self-expression.

Elaine Lee – Solution-Focused Coach, Sound Healer, and Image Consultant. Elaine combines intuitive coaching and therapeutic sound to foster relaxation, balance, and personal growth.

Lily Sim – Wellness Coach, Movement Facilitator, and Founder of Strive Fitness. Lily helps individuals reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and fosters a sense of balance and confidence.

Emily Chin – Personal Growth Catalyst and Sound Healing Lover. Emily combines personal development and sound therapy to promote relaxation, clarity, and renewed energy.

Directions to Chrysalis from Birch, DC Mall:

1. Drop off point: Birch, DC Mall (Entrance A)
2. โ Walk straight until you see the cafe Feathers Grand Taipei on your left. 
3. Right opposite the small blue sign for ‘Grand Taipei’, you will see an entrance to ‘Shops & Carpark. Green Zone’ - walk into this corridor until you see an elevator. 
4. Take the elevator to 3 floor. 
5. โ Make a right until you see the sign for ‘POP- Magicbird Therapy’, go through the doors right beside the signage. 
6. Walk into the corridor right to the end, ours is the last door to the left! ๐Ÿฆ‹
