We are glad that you will be joining us for the F&B International Conference in Kuala Lumpur 2025, which will be held in person in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia .

 

For complete details on the terms that apply to registration and other important information, please read below.

 

1 You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees for the F&B International Conference in Kuala Lumpur here. Ticket prices for the Conference are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

 

◦ The tiered ticket pricing is strictly tied to the dates indicated on the website.

 

◦ Registrants who have been assigned the respective tier tickets will have a grace period of up to two weeks after the respective tier deadlines. During this time, they can complete their payment and secure their tickets at a published price. Registrants who fail to complete their payment two weeks after the deadline will automatically be moved to the next tiering. For clarity, please see the schedule below.

   

2 The Conference is open exclusively to F&B Brand and resource providers. Following an expression of interest, all registrants will go through an internal validation process by the ticketing team to assess the eligibility of your participation. Once your credentials have been validated, successful registrants will receive an email from us to complete their registration and secure the tickets.

 

3 A valid ticket entitles you to entry to the Conference as an Attendee, but does not include any requirements associated with travel to or from the Conference or any accommodation costs incurred and we shall have no liability for such costs or expenses.

5 Registrations must be fully paid before access to the Conference is allowed. F&B International Conference in Kuala Lumpur accepts major credit cards and bank transfers. Onsite registrations can also be paid with cash.

 

7 You will need to use a unique email address for each ticket you buy. Each valid ticket is entitled to a single access to the Conference app.

TICKET TRANSFERS, REFUNDS, AND DEFERMENTS

8 Tickets are non-refundable. 

9 Tickets can only be transferred to people within the same member organisation with prior approval in writing from F&B conference . Please inform us of any transfer requests via https://www.facebook.com/share/155MuxLiYk/?mibextid=wwXIfr at least 1 weeks before the event commences. 

11 Tickets that are bought in 2024 and deferred to 2025 will not be subjected to 2025’s ticket pricing and prevailing policies. 

ADMISSION POLICY

12 All attendees must register and pay fees independently. Badge sharing, which means accessing the Conference by more than one person under a single registration, is strictly prohibited. 

13 F&B conference reserves the right to accept or decline an individual’s registration for the Conference. Further, F&B conference reserves the right to prohibit entry of or to remove any individual whether registered or not, be they attendees, exhibitors, representatives, or vendors, whose conduct is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the Conference, as well as anyone who has registered or gained access under false pretences, provided false information, or for any other reason whatsoever that they deem is cause under the circumstances.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

14 You are responsible for advising us at the time of making your booking regarding any special access or dietary requirements you require at the Conference.

CHANGES, POSTPONEMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

15 We try to make sure that the Conference programmes, speakers, topics and venues and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing or dates of a Conference. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation and other expenses). We will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on https://www.facebook.com/share/155MuxLiYk/?mibextid=wwXIfr. 

16 If the Conference is postponed for any reason, we will provide you with substitute tickets to the conference at the rescheduled dates. No refunds will be provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING

17 By attending the Conference you acknowledge and agree that the Conference may be photographed or recorded by us or our partners. You agree to permit us, or any third party licensed by us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your likeness, name, voice and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media now available and hereafter developed, both before, during and any time after the Conference, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (alone or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.

NO FUNDRAISING

18 The F&B conference Global Conference is subject to a general “no fundraising” policy:

(i) no direct or persistent soliciting of funding towards delegates and

(ii) no distribution of pitch books, flyers or other direct solicitation materials.
