- Kabileish Iswaraan (CEO, Artiselite)
Kabileish began his career in the Value Creation Consulting arm of a Private Equity firm, cultivating expertise subsequently in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Telecommunications space. Passionate about the transformative power of technology in business, he now leads as CEO of Artiselite, a Digital Transformation company specialising in delivering sophisticated software products, tailored solutions, and expert digital consultancy services.
- Moses Tan (Founder, LeanCost)
Moses (MSc, BIT) founded LeanCost in 2017, a company specializing in transforming digitalized manufacturing data into actionable carbon information through AI technology. LeanCost is currently an EU consortium partner for Green Predictive Maintenance and leads the Tamper-proof Product Carbon Footprint project. In 2021, LeanCost was honoured with the SICC Best Tech Collaboration Award. Prior to founding LeanCost, Moses served as the Principal Consultant at ZenPower International for 24 years, working with over 20 multinational companies in various industries across nine countries. He also served as TPM Technology Manager in US and Japanese semiconductor companies. He has an MSc in TQM, BIT.
- Andy Wee (GM, IES Inca)
With a strong engineering background, having spent 13 years in Hewlett Packard in Product Design R&D, Andy has a keen interest in making technology work to create better life for everyone. In 2014, Andy took time off to pursue a Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation at NTU's Nanyang Technopreneurship Centre, achieving a Director's List award for outstanding performance. Andy’s interest in technology spans from deeptech, web and mobile app, personal mobility devices, online and offline data storage backup solutions, medical health supplements, natural fertility and beyond. IES-Incubator and Accelerator (IES-INCA) is a strategic initiative by The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) to support engineers in technopreneurship.
- Brian Soo (CIO, Fire Fighter Industry)
Brian Soo is the Chief Innovation Officer at Fire Fighter Industry - one of Malaysia’s oldest fire safety company. Completing his Degree in International Business at University of California - San Diego, Brian moved back to Malaysia after having 2 years of experience in Silicon Valley. While in university, Brian started the first Malaysian Student Association in the 62 year old university with a group of Malaysians. During his time in university, he was accepted into the startup accelerator and represented the university to pitch to 600 Venture Capitalists in Silicon Valley on his startup. Coming back to Malaysia in 2019, decided to take on the challenge of making fire safety more accessible to Malaysians. Since 2019, the Innovations team have changed how fire safety products and knowledge is acquired by being digital first. Fire Fighter is No.1 on all e-commerce platforms and is the leading B2C fire safety company in Malaysia. Through the innovations team, the company has launched new connected fire safety devices and is currently working closely with the Electric Vehicle Industry to design a solution for fire safety. Brian, with the team, has recently been accepted and completed the Endeavor Scale-up program, being the only non-startup in the cohort. Brian also is serving as the Youth Chairman for the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers(FMM), the largest private association with 12,000 members.
