The mission of the Martial Arts History Museum is to promote an appreciation of America’s cultural diversity by using the martial arts as its gateway into sharing how Asian history become part of American history. It is not a who’s who of the martial arts, neither is it a sports museum, rather, it is an educational facility teaching visitors about art, culture, history and tradition. The museum is an actual building located at 201 N. Brand Blvd., B100, Glendale, CA 91203. It is the only one of its kind. The museum hosts events two to three times a month including honor days, mini-concerts, comedy fundraising nights, seminars, book signings and art exhibits. In addition, the museum hosts a number of humanitarian events including free classes to improve your work skills, how to make funds from establishing a youtube account, how to write a book, women's self-defense and anti-hate activities such as stun gun protection. We also provide classes on basic self-defense, cpr, and work with such charites as "Save the Children" and "Make a Wish Foundation."
