About SarahI have always been a highly sensitive person—experiencing shyness, night terrors, and social anxiety as a child. As I grew, this sensitivity deepened, leaving me feeling disconnected from both myself and my environment. In college, I faced extreme depression, which led me to destructive coping mechanisms in an attempt to numb the pain.At my lowest, I turned to medication and traditional therapies for relief. While they provided some support, I found that medication dulled my personality and failed to address the deeper root of my struggles. This realization sparked an almost two-decade journey into healing, exploring human behavior, energy work, and neurology.Through this process, I cultivated deep self-understanding and confidence—so much so that I left a successful 17-year career to help others. Now, I guide clients using a unique blend of Reiki, CBT techniques, and energetic neurological methods that have profoundly transformed both my life and theirs.What I once saw as hypersensitivity, I now recognize as my greatest strength. It allows me to intuitively identify and reprogram deep-rooted negative beliefs, releasing neurological blocks and elevating my clients’ core energetic frequency.It would be my privilege to assist you in uncovering your most confident, fearless, and limitless self.
