Founded in 2023 by Lois Cho (Executive Director of AAPI Food & Wine and CEO/owner of CHO Wines) and Joshua Chang (President of AAPI Food & Wine and local food and wine photographer), AAPI Food & Wine is a 501(c)6 non-profit dedicated to fostering diversity in the traditionally eurocentric wine industry. By celebrating unconventional food and wine pairings, the organization aims to engage a growing demographic of young and diverse wine enthusiasts.
