The Fox Demo Farms is a Great Lake Restoration Initiative project designed to help farmers implement conservation practices that improve soil health and water quality, by reducing erosion and nutrient loss. The project is a collaborative effort between local farmers, conservation staff at the federal, state, and local level, and private agronomists. Brickstead Dairy is one of the original farms and has been instrumental in the program's success.
