CYNTHIA CHIAM, co-founded an incubator business and led the company to make more than RM1Million in revenue in its first 18 months offering entrepreneurial development programmes. She has successfully raised 4 rounds of funding in 3 different startups prior to joining pitchIN. She is an active volunteer in a youth organisation known as 'Junior Chamber International (JCI)'. She is serving as the 2025 National Treasurer in JCI Malaysia and is hands-on with multiple pitching competitions and business awards entries.
