Meet Your Facilitator

CYNTHIA CHIAM, co-founded an incubator business and led the company to make more than RM1Million in revenue in its first 18 months offering entrepreneurial development programmes. She has successfully raised 4 rounds of funding in 3 different startups prior to joining pitchIN. She is an active volunteer in a youth organisation known as 'Junior Chamber International (JCI)'. She is serving as the 2025 National Treasurer in JCI Malaysia and is hands-on with multiple pitching competitions and business awards entries. She has worked with startup founders, early-stage entrepreneurs and with diverse Small-&-Medium Enterprise (SME) business owners. She was the Organising Chairman of Junior Chamber International Creative Young Entrepreneur Award in 2021 and contributed as panel judge to Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) in Year 2023 and 2024.
