The Elizabeth Fry Society works with women, girls, trans and non-binary people who are at risk of becoming or have become involved with the criminal justice system. This takes the form of:Education and programming (both in and outside of incarceration);Employment support;Emotional support;Pro bono and placement opportunities for law students and social work students;Housing, in our 8-bedroom residence “Holly House”, located in Dartmouth; andAdvocacy at both the provincial and federal levels.
