Hi, I am Dr. Michelle Harris and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist.My desire for coaching and counseling others began at the age of 17 when a close family member had to receive inpatient treatment due to the lack of self-care and overwhelming stress. During that stressful process, I was intrigued at the method and care that the counselor provided for my family and I knew then, that I also wanted to help others to cope with crises during the healing process.My counseling journey began when I graduated with my master’s degree in Social Work and obtained my License in Social Work. From there, I had the opportunity and pleasure to provide counseling for over 20 years to children, families, and adults. Later, I decided to expand my knowledge in holistic and integrated care, and I obtained my Doctorate in Behavioral Health. Because of my career and ministry work I yearned to create a safe space for leaders that would refill their cup and also help them walk into their purpose that would incorporate their mind, body, and spirit wellness based upon a biblical framework. This desire prompted the development of Anew Heath Solutions, designed to help individuals walk into their life’s purpose and maintain a holistic life balance.As a motivational speaker, I have had the honor to speak at many different events and to have successfully published three books, Healing from Invisible Wounds The Stress Factor, and Lady Boss. I have also released, my first affirmation deck, Reginiting The Fire Within.As a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional I also have experience in conducting a quality analysis of organizational systems and provide strategies for operational enhancement according to standardized regulatory standards.I am a family-oriented person who enjoys reading, dancing, watching a good movie with my favorite snacks, and traveling!
