Important Information:

• Registration and Refund Policy: All conference registration deposits/payments are non-refundable unless canceled by the host. However, registration can be transferred to another guest upon approval. You may select “pay by invoice” to make your payment. An actual invoice is not sent. Payment must be made using one of the options in your eventbrite confirmation email.
• Accommodations and Airport Transfers: Coordinated through our Travel Planner to ensure you receive the FULL SPC experience. Once you register for the Retreat/Conference here and payment is received, you can select your accommodations package HERE from our travel planner. These are separate payments from the conference/retreat.
