秋意漸濃，河背田間綻放一片深紅嬌豔的洛神花。 雖名為花，卻真正令人回味的，是那酸甜入心的花萼 ── 柔軟的果肉，芬芳的香氣，藏著土地的氣息與農夫的心意。

香港有機生活發展基金（Sustainable Ecological Ethical Development Foundation，簡稱「SEED」）於1999年成立，前身為香港有機農業協會，致力推動簡約的有機生活態度，在尊重本土價值的前提下，推動順應自然的生產方式與良知消費，達致一種生生不息、平衡的生活。多年來，本基金專注於食物安全問題，為香港制訂第一套「有機生產標準及內部監督系統」；成立香港有機資源中心；舉辦全港首個有機農墟以及開辦香港首項專業有機農業培訓課程等工作，推動有機運動。
