Business Challenge Programme

1. Participation fees include programme materials & meals during the entire duration of the programme. [Travel and accommodation are not included in the fees.]
2. Payment made is refundable within 30-days.
3. Participation fees are also transferable to another participant or to another session within 1-year from date of payment. Either transfer will incur RM100 processing fee.
4. Any refund or transfer request must be made via email to: accounts@artyx.my and you must attach supporting documents (i.e. your proof of payment and other related supporting documents).
5. Venue and date may be subjected to change and all participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
6. If for any unforeseen reason(s) that you cannot attend the programme, you can postpone your attendance up to 1-year from the day you have made payment for the programme.
7. If you are still unable to attend the programme after the 1-year period, you can request to transfer to another participant and a RM100 processing fee will be incurred for the new participant. Refunds will not be allowed after 30-days of payment.
8. The organisers decision is final.
