Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes, unexpected changes can affect your plans. Our return and refund policy is designed to be as supportive as possible while allowing us to maintain a high level of operational efficiency and planning integrity.

No Returns After Program Commencement

Once the program has officially started, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. We prepare extensively for each participant's involvement, and the resources allocated cannot be reclaimed. We encourage participants to review all program materials and schedules carefully before the program begins to ensure the event meets their expectations and availability.

Full Refund Policy

A full refund is available under the following conditions:

Timing: The request for a refund must be made at least 7 days before the official start date of the event or program.

Valid Reason: A refund request must be accompanied by a valid reason. Valid reasons typically include serious personal emergencies, significant health issues, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent participation.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Notification: Contact our customer service team via email at empoweredsharinglife@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."  Please do so within the timeframe stipulated above.
2. Review: Our team will review your request. This process typically takes up to 3 business days.
3. Outcome: You will be notified via email / whatsapp about the outcome of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
