Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By registering for the WealthFrontiers 2024 Conference, scheduled for April 20, 2024, at Ruang Petaling Jaya from 10am to 1pm ("Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are an agreement between you ("Participant", "you") and WealthFrontiers 2024 organizers ("Organizers", "we", "us").

1. Registration

• Eligibility: Registration is open to institutional and private investors, family office representatives, venture capitalists, angel investors, C-Suite executives from ESG-focused companies, and financial advisors.
• Confirmation: Your registration is not confirmed until you have completed the registration process and received a confirmation email from us.

2. Fees and Payments

• All applicable fees must be paid in full as per the payment instructions provided during the registration process.
• Fees cover access to the Event, materials related to the Event, and refreshments as specified.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• By Participant: If you are unable to attend the Event for any reason, you may cancel your registration by notifying us in writing at least 14 days prior to the Event date. A processing fee may be applied.
• By Organizers: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for refunds or credit towards future events.

4. Conduct at the Event

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times during the Event. We reserve the right to remove any participant deemed to be behaving in a manner disruptive to the Event or other participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials provided during the Event are owned by us or our speakers. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide during registration will be used in accordance with our privacy policy to manage your participation in the Event.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for registration.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes affecting your rights or obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held.
