Our program offers:Guidance on Conflict Resolution: Equipping women with the skills to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.Interpersonal Relationship Management: Enhancing abilities to foster healthy relationships both personally and professionally.Workplace Practices: Providing education on navigating professional environments with confidence and competence.Additionally, this initiative raises awareness about critical issues such as:Gun ViolenceDomestic ViolenceShanee's commitment to these causes is deeply personal. Although Soarkles is Mrs. Mason's blood niece, she was raised as her daughter. Because of this situation and Mrs. Mason herself being a domestic violence survivor, she stands on Resilient Real Women of God - Divine Daughter, INC. She feels once a person understands their worth in life, the SKY is the limit as to what they can have.Sparkle's daughter, left behind, is a dance leader for Divine Daughters INC.Together with the community, they stand to uphold to write the vision for generations to come.Her tragic experience fuels her dedication to this cause, in memory of Sparkles Majors. Foundation coming soon.Mrs. Mason also extends her support through:Financial Literacy Education: Teaching essential financial management skills to empower women economically.Entrepreneurial Services: Offering guidance to foster independence, helping women break free from the often desensitizing cycle of domestic violence.Mrs, Mason is a firm believer that once one know their worth in this life the sky is the limit to what one can have.
