No expectations, no judgment, just space to feel and let go.Hi, I'm Jade, the heart behind Breathe 9D.I’ve always had one foot in the wellness world. I started out as a personal trainer, then spent years working in nutritional supplementation before landing in marketing. Throughout it all, I’ve stayed passionate about personal growth, self-awareness and holistic health. Breathwork brought it all home for me and is a practice I am so grateful for in my own life.My first experience with the 9D "Letting Go" journey gave me a deep moment of stillness that helped me hear what I’d been missing. I knew straight away I needed to share this with others. That was the beginning of my path as a facilitator, and it’s been unfolding ever since.My approach is welcoming, grounded and real. You don’t need to be a certain type of person to benefit from breathwork. If you have a body and a mind, you’re already ready.
