Established in 1991, Four Seasons Books is an independent bookshop located in the university-town of Shepherdstown in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Situated approximately 90 minutes from the nation's capital, Four Seasons carries a variety of new and used books, greeting cards, puzzles, games, and gift items. Of particular note are both the large Appalachian Studies section and the careful curated poetry and crime-fiction sections.
