Our geographic region comprises the following counties of the southern Finger Lakes and western Catskill Mountains which are a part of the larger Southern Tier region of New York State: Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tioga, Tompkins, southern Cortland, Chenango, Broome, Otsego, and Delaware
