The Portsmouth Dog Park Committee is an all volunteer group of dog lovers who help to maintain the park In partnership with the Town of Portsmouth, RI. The Town keeps the grass mown and it arranges for the dog waste to be disposed of. The Committee, by arrangement with the Town, is responsible for overseeing the park on a daily basis and for ALL capital improvements through grants and fund-raising.
