My yoga journey started back in 2017 when I was looking for a natural way to support my abdominal issues. Growing up in an Indian family, yoga was always part of my life—whether it was practicing herbal remedies, reading the scriptures, humming mantras, or moving through asanas. My mat became a place where I could reconnect and find my balance. Having felt the urge to dive deeper, I completed my 200-hour YTT course at Yoga Dublin. Learning from incredible teachers and immersing myself in the philosophy and practice of yoga was truly life-changing. Since then, yoga has been more than just a practice—it’s a way of living that I love sharing with others. I’m passionate about mixing Hatha and Vinyasa styles, focusing on building balance, flexibility, and a deeper connection. My classes are welcoming, encouraging, and open to anyone looking to explore yoga, whether you're just starting out or looking to grow your practice.I’d love for you to join me on the mat and share this journey together!
