A whole weekend of yoga, connect the mind and body, balance the elements of your body, various postures and stretches, controlled breathing techniques, and meditation to improve physical fitness, reduce stress, and attain mental balance whether you practice yoga or not you will leave finding the yoga for you.
We have teachers covering many aspects of Yoga, including Ashtanga, Yin, Face Yoga, Rocket, and much more!
We also have many talks instore for you on topics including the Mind and the Gut..
Plus some music for for you, more details coming soon!
The Festival runs from Friday 21st June 2024 at 5.30pm until 2pm on Sunday 23rd June 2024
Limited camping for 40 people available at an additional cost - please contact for more info.
