All we do is based in our belief that everyone has a right to outdoor experiences, preferably in nature, where they can develop confidence and self- esteem. All our course leaders are fully qualified for the course they are running, have a DBS and a first aid certificate.Bushcraft: the art of 'thrival' in the wild. Through learning a range of skills including shelter building, fire-making, sourcing water and food you will discover the tranquility of existing in nature. We offer one and two day courses, corporate and team building events as well as woodland/ natural craft skills courses.Foraging: making the best of nature's bounty from survival to gourmet foods. We run seasonal courses to help you enjoy wild food and drink. These events inlcude a walk to find a range of edibles followed by a meal, giving the opportunity to taste foods made with wild ingredients.Wild Crafts: have you ever wanted to make something beautiful from natural material? Perhaps join an Spoon and Stew course and we'll show you how ro carve a soon then provide a hot lunch to eat with your spoon. Come and learn about making cordage from natural fibres or how to make a simple basket. We also run occasional craft workshops such as Christmas wreath making and bath bomb making.Forest School: a way of working with children in a natural, outdoor space over an extended period to enable independent discovery of nature while developing a self-esteem, confidence and independence. We run weekly sessions Wee Wayfarers sessions for the very young. School sessions, hosted in one of three woodlands are available; alternatively we can come to you.
